So we have a bunch of people that we know who aren't in the alliance. I think that we should give preference
1- to people we know
2- to people who know people we know (in the real world)
3- then to people from the game

I should add that we should also give priority to:
* hot naked chics / dudes.
* second-tier actors / actresses.
* Jimmy Carter.
